No. Ordering is easy with no sign-up needed. Just enter your delivery address and pay.

Orders under ฿1,000 have a ฿50 delivery fee. Orders from ฿1,000 get free delivery nationwide. Remote areas and islands have an extra ฿50 delivery fee. See details in Delivery & returns . Ice cream is shipped chilled in a separate box for ฿200 (not counted towards free delivery).

For orders placed before 2:00 pm, Bangkok and surrounding provinces receive them within 1–2 business days, other provinces within 3–5 business days.

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or an incomplete order, let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video of the problem. We will refund you within 3–7 days. Sorry, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. Read the details in our Delivery & Returns Policy

Yes. Every Deserve food, treat and supplement is registered with Thailand's Department of Livestock Development. You can find the registration no. on each product page.

The expiry date varies by batch. See the expiry date on the bag, bottle or cup.

After opening, close the bag or lid tightly and keep it dry and out of sunlight, as this affects how long the product keeps. Always keep ice cream in the freezer.

If the colour or smell changes, stop feeding it to your pet and message our team on LINE.

If the cause is a chicken allergy, there are 3 chicken-free recipes: Grain Free Salmon, Grain Free Turkey and Highland Beef & Turkey (all 3 contain pork, and Beef & Turkey contains rice). We also recommend having a vet check for the cause.

Deserve dry food is Holistic Super Premium grade.

Economy or standard grade food uses grains or corn as the main ingredient, while Holistic grade uses real meat as the main ingredient, which is easy to absorb.

Every Deserve dog food recipe is for adult dogs aged 1 year and up, all breeds. Complete & Balanced nutrition following AAFCO guidelines.

Grain-Free Lamb has no grains or gluten. It suits sensitive dogs, or dogs that need extra joint and hip care, as it contains glucosamine and chondroitin to support strong bones and joints. Lamb is the main protein: high quality and easy to absorb.

Atlantic White Fish has premium Atlantic white fish as the first ingredient. It is rich in Omega 3 & 6, which dogs cannot make themselves, plus Antarctic krill for moist skin and a glossy coat. Best for dogs that need extra skin and coat care.

Superfoods are not just for people. Dogs deserve their goodness too, so Deserve includes dog-safe superfoods in our food.

Yes. Deserve Salmon Oil is 100% real salmon with nothing added and no artificial flavours or colours. Its premium quality and appetising smell help dogs and cats want to eat more.

Yes, following the recommended amount by body weight on the label. Salmon Oil is high in Omega 3 & 6 and is a good part of caring for senior dogs and cats.

Give the daily amount by body weight (1 teaspoon = 4.5 g). Drizzle it on or mix it into food.

• Dogs under 10 kg: ½–1 teaspoon
• Dogs 10–20 kg: 1–2 teaspoons
• Dogs 20–30 kg: 2–3 teaspoons
• Dogs over 30 kg: 3–4½ teaspoons
