DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy
  •  The customer must check the product after receiving the product within 3 days. If it is past the 3 days period after the product is delivered to the recipient’s address. the company will not change or return the product.
  • The customer must take pictures or video of opening the product box as evidence for return or refund for the following cases.
    i. The customer receives the wrong product, or the delivery did not match the order
    ii. The company deliver products that are defective, damaged, or damaged during transportation
    iii. The company fail to deliver the goods in full
  • The company will not accept the return of the product in all cases, such as the customer’s dissatisfaction with the product, the customer ordered the wrong model, the wrong size, the wrong amount. (Please check product details before placing an order)
Shipping
  • All products purchased from our website will be shipped through our appointed courier.

  • For orders received daily before 14.00, delivery can take up to 1-2 working days for Bangkok and Greater Bangkok Area. While upcountry can take up to 3-5 working day.

Return and Refund Process
  • You can notify the return or exchange of the product in the cases specified above and must take pictures or video of opening the product box as evidence for return or refund.
